For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt or dairy-free yogurt for vegan option
  • 1/4 cup Thai-Style Sweet Chili Sauce low-sugar versions can be used
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha adjust according to heat preference

Steps to Prepare
  1. Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and place in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, honey, soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry the salmon bites for 5-7 minutes, checking for doneness at the 5-minute mark.
  5. While the salmon bakes, mix yogurt, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha for the bang bang sauce.
  6. Serve hot with rice and garnish with avocado, cucumber, green onions, and cilantro.
