Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by patting the jumbo shrimp dry with a paper towel to ensure the breading adheres well.

  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spray the basket with olive oil cooking spray.
  4. Carefully place the breaded shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer, spraying the tops lightly with olive oil. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While the shrimp are cooking, whisk together the mayo, sweet Thai chili sauce, and Sriracha until smooth.
  6. Once cooked, transfer the shrimp to a bowl and drizzle with the bang bang sauce, tossing gently to coat.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh greens or sesame seeds if desired.
