- Prepare Dough: Divide pizza dough into two equal portions and roll each out to about ¼ inch thickness on a floured surface. This takes around 5 minutes.
- Add Toppings: Brush a light layer of olive oil on the dough, spread crushed tomatoes, sprinkle minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper, then layer with mozzarella cheese.
- Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for 3-5 minutes. Place one pizza in the basket and cook for about 10 minutes, checking for a golden crust.
- Serve: Carefully remove the pizza using tongs or a spatula, garnish with basil leaves, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
