Mix and Serve
- In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice, light rum, and apple cider. Stir well for about 30 seconds.
- Add ice to the pitcher and gently stir for another 30 seconds to chill the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into glasses, filling them about two-thirds full, and top with club soda.
- Garnish each glass with mint sprigs, a cinnamon stick, and apple and lemon slices.
