Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil water in a medium pot over high heat. Add a pinch of salt and chicken breasts. Cook for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Remove and let cool before slicing.
  2. Rinse and dry mixed salad greens. Julienne carrots, slice red bell pepper, and chop spring onions. Place vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and rice vinegar until combined. Set aside.
  4. In the mixing bowl with vegetables, toss the salad greens, julienned carrots, red bell pepper, and spring onions. Add cooled chicken strips on top.
  5. Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently until ingredients are evenly coated.
  6. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the salad and mix gently to distribute. Serve immediately or store dressing separately.
