  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro/Parsley fresh, chopped

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Gather all your ingredients, drain the canned tuna, and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
  2. Dice the red onion, cucumber, celery, and avocado into small pieces.
  3. Rinse fresh herbs and chop them finely.
  4. Mash the avocado in a bowl until smooth yet slightly chunky.
  5. Stir in lemon juice to the mashed avocado.
  6. Fold in the tuna gently with the avocado mixture.
  7. Add chopped vegetables and herbs, stirring gently.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. If using, fold in cherry tomatoes.
  10. Serve immediately on its own or on a bed of lettuce.
