- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and arrange a baking rack in the middle of the oven.
- In a small skillet, melt a tablespoon of unsalted butter and sauté the rosemary and walnuts for 2-3 minutes.
- Score the rind of the brie cheese in a criss-cross pattern and place it in an oven-safe dish.
- Spread the fig jam over the top of the brie and layer the walnut-rosemary mixture on top.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden-brown on top and meltingly soft inside.
