Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and arrange a baking rack in the middle of the oven.
  2. In a small skillet, melt a tablespoon of unsalted butter and sauté the rosemary and walnuts for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Score the rind of the brie cheese in a criss-cross pattern and place it in an oven-safe dish.
