  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Can swap for smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Asparagus
  • 1 bundle Asparagus Trimmed
  • 1 lemon Lemon Wedges For serving

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken, add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Wash and trim the asparagus, cutting into pieces similar in length to the chicken.
  5. On a baking sheet, spread the seasoned chicken and asparagus in a single layer.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  7. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes and serve with lemon wedges.
