Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large baking dish, combine halved cherry tomatoes, drained and rinsed chickpeas, and finely chopped garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  3. Center the block of feta cheese among the mixture and drizzle with additional olive oil.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until bubbling and fragrant.
  5. Remove from the oven and gently mix the tomatoes, chickpeas, and feta using a fork.
  6. Spoon the mixture into serving bowls and garnish with fresh basil. Serve with toasted bread.

Notes
