- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large baking dish, combine halved cherry tomatoes, drained and rinsed chickpeas, and finely chopped garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Center the block of feta cheese among the mixture and drizzle with additional olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until bubbling and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and gently mix the tomatoes, chickpeas, and feta using a fork.
- Spoon the mixture into serving bowls and garnish with fresh basil. Serve with toasted bread.
