  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Add more for extra flavor

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  5. In a food processor, blend ripe avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and garlic until smooth. Adjust consistency with water if needed.
  6. Serve the meatballs warm with the creamy avocado sauce on the side, garnished with fresh herbs.
