- Start by brewing 1/2 cup of chamomile tea. Heat water to a gentle boil and steep the tea for about 5 minutes. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
- Peel the large ripe banana and cut it into several chunks.
- Gather all your ingredients: cooled chamomile tea, banana chunks, honey, and milk. Have ice cubes ready if desired.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, banana pieces, a drizzle of honey, and milk. Blend on high for about 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into a tall glass. Garnish with dried chamomile leaves or a slice of banana if desired.
