  2. Season the chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken: bake for 15-20 minutes or fry for 6-8 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
  4. Make the Bang Bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, and honey in a bowl.
  5. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  6. Assemble the bowl with rice, chicken, carrots, cucumber, and red cabbage.
  7. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro.
