Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by gathering your blender and adding rolled oats, your milk of choice, fresh strawberries, thick natural yogurt, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds, or until the mixture reaches a smooth, creamy, batter-like consistency.
  2. Once your blended oat mixture is smooth, carefully pour it into individual bowls or jars and smooth the tops evenly.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and glossy, about 1-2 minutes total.
  4. Gently drizzle the melted chocolate mixture over the tops of the blended strawberry oats, spreading it evenly.
