- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together whole rolled oats, chia seeds, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk until smooth and creamy. Allow the mixture to thicken for 5-10 minutes.
- If using frozen blueberries, microwave for about 30 seconds until softened. Mash gently to create a blueberry sauce. Rinse fresh blueberries under cool water.
- Evenly distribute the creamy oat mixture into five jars or containers and layer or swirl in the blueberries.
- Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Enjoy them cold from the fridge or warm them in the microwave for 30 seconds, adding toppings as desired.
