- Rinse one cup of fresh blueberries under cool running water to remove any dirt or impurities.
- In a large pitcher, lightly muddle half of the blueberries using the back of a spoon or a muddler.
- Slice half a lemon into thin rounds, and add these lemon slices along with a handful of fresh mint leaves to your pitcher.
- Pour about four cups of filtered water over the blueberry, lemon, and mint mixture in the pitcher.
- Using a long spoon, gently stir the mixture to combine all the flavors for about 30 seconds.
- Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, strain the infused water through a fine mesh sieve if desired.
- Pour the chilled Blueberry Infused Water into glasses, garnishing with additional blueberries or a slice of lemon.
