  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Can substitute with basil or thyme
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced, fresh for maximum flavor
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese Optional topping

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by cutting fresh mozzarella into ½-inch thick pieces. If your mozzarella is watery, gently pat it dry. Set aside.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it forms a 9x13 inch rectangle. Transfer the shaped dough onto parchment paper.
  3. In a jar, combine olive oil, water, chopped parsley, minced garlic, zest and juice from one lemon, salt, and black pepper. Seal and shake vigorously.
  4. Create dimples in the dough to hold the brine. Drizzle the brine over the dough, then evenly distribute the mozzarella on top.
  5. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Transfer the pizza onto the preheated stone. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and parsley, then serve warm.
