Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 4 cups of fresh water in a medium pot over high heat.
  2. Add 4 black tea bags, 3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary, the zest of the orange, and 2-3 slices of ginger into the water.
  3. Steep the mixture for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove tea bags and stir in the desired amount of sugar while still warm.
  5. Strain out the rosemary, orange zest, and ginger slices using a fine mesh sieve.
  6. Incorporate the freshly squeezed orange juice into the tea mixture.
  7. Let the tea cool to room temperature before refrigerating for 1-2 hours.
  8. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with orange slices and rosemary sprigs.
