Step-by-Step Instructions for Burrata Tomato Salad
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the cherry tomatoes under cool water and dry them. Place them on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Roast the tomatoes for 20–25 minutes until softened and caramelized.
  4. Toast the sourdough slices in a skillet until golden brown and rub each slice with a halved garlic clove.
