For the Aromatics
  • 2 cloves Garlic Finely chopped, fresh garlic preferred.
  • 1 medium Shallot Onion can be a suitable replacement.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt real butter in a small skillet, add garlic and shallots, sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Pat the wild salmon fillet dry and place it skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Pour the melted butter mixture over the salmon, seasoning with salt, basil, and pepper.
  5. Arrange the baby broccolini around the salmon, drizzling with olive oil and seasoning.
  6. Garnish with fresh rosemary and bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is flaky.
  7. Serve the salmon and broccolini on plates, enjoying the rich flavors.
