Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Pat the salmon dry and season the skin side with sea salt. Place it skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Pour the sautéed butter, garlic, and shallots over the salmon, seasoning with basil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Arrange pat-dried broccolini around the salmon, drizzling with olive oil and seasoning lightly with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is flaky and opaque.
