  • 2 cups Mashed potatoes Sweet potatoes can be used for a sweeter taste.
  • 1 pound Green beans Can add bell peppers or asparagus for extra color.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Olive oil is a lighter alternative.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season salmon fillets and shrimp generously with Cajun seasoning, set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil, sear salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Remove salmon, cook shrimp in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. Lower heat, add butter in the same skillet, then sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes. Stir in cream and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Fold cooked shrimp and salmon into the sauce and warm for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Prepare mashed potatoes by boiling until fork-tender; mash with butter and cream. Sauté green beans in butter for 5 minutes.
  7. Plate salmon and shrimp with sauce, serve with mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans.
