- Flatten each refrigerated biscuit into a 4-inch round using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place a tablespoon of apple pie filling and half a caramel candy in the center of each dough round.
- Pinch the edges of the dough together tightly to form a ball.
- Carefully lower the sealed balls into the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove fried bombs and drain on paper towels, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Let the bombs cool slightly before serving.
