  • 2/3 cup Milk non-dairy milk can be used

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt unsalted butter over medium heat and cook shrimp until pink, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Fold in lump crab meat and frozen mixed vegetables; cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture, then gradually stir in seafood stock and heavy cream; simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Transfer filling to a greased baking dish.
  7. Mix together biscuit mix, shredded cheddar, and milk until a dough forms.
  8. Spoon biscuit dough over the seafood filling, covering it completely.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the biscuit topping is golden brown.
  10. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
