Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by cooking the bacon until it’s crispy, typically about 6-8 minutes over medium heat. While the bacon cooks, slice fresh tomatoes and wash and dry crisp lettuce leaves. For an added touch, lightly toast your buns on the grill or in a pan for about 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix gently to avoid overworking the meat, then form mixture into patties, aiming for uniform thickness.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil. Place the patties on the grill and cook for approximately 5-7 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Once the patties are cooked, assemble your burgers by placing a chicken patty on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Layer on the crispy bacon, followed by fresh lettuce and tomato slices. Drizzle ranch dressing and finish with the top half of the bun.

Notes
Juicy patties can be achieved by avoiding overworking the chicken mixture. Chill patties if they are too soft to maintain their shape while cooking.
