Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Roll up the tortillas tightly, seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Prepare the au jus by simmering beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning.
