- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart until completely browned.
- Once the beef is browned, add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle cheddar cheese over the beef mixture. Stir gently until the cheese melts completely.
- In a non-stick skillet, place a flour tortilla on medium heat. Add a quarter of the beef and cheese mixture and an extra 1/4 cup of shredded cheese on one half of the tortilla, fold it over.
- Cook the folded quesadilla for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice the quesadillas into wedges and serve warm with your favorite toppings.
