  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning or substitute with oregano, basil, or thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes optional
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or half-and-half
  • 1 cup Beef Broth or vegetable broth
For the Cheesy Topping
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Parsley fresh, chopped

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and keep warm.
  2. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef, cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Stir occasionally.
  4. Season the beef with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Add drained pasta, and toss to coat with the sauce. Heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  8. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, cover, and cook on low for 2-3 minutes until melted.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
