- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and keep warm.
- Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Stir occasionally.
- Season the beef with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Add drained pasta, and toss to coat with the sauce. Heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, cover, and cook on low for 2-3 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
