  • 1 cup Cold Brew Coffee or Espresso Decaffeinated options work
  • 3/4 cup Vanilla Almond Milk Opt for unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Almond Creamer Choose your favorite non-dairy creamer
  • 1 cup Ice For serving
  • 2-3 tablespoons Cherry Simple Syrup Adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine pitted cherries, sugar (or monk fruit sweetener), and water. Stir gently for about 10 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
  2. Fill a tall glass generously with ice cubes.
  3. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the cooled cherry simple syrup over the ice.
  4. In a separate bowl, froth ¾ cup of vanilla almond milk with ¼ cup of vanilla almond creamer until creamy.
  5. Gently pour the frothed milk over the cherry syrup and ice in your glass.
  6. Pour in your chilled cold brew coffee or espresso on top of the frothed milk.
  7. Stir gently with a long spoon or straw and enjoy your Cherry Vanilla Iced Latte.
