Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in the microwave and let it cool.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  4. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.
