Preparation Steps
- Cut chicken breasts into ½-inch pieces. Toss chicken with olive oil until coated. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Slice loaf and spread garlic mixture on each half. Toast in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter over medium heat. Sauté remaining minced garlic for 1 minute. Gradually stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, simmer until thickened.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the toasted bread. Layer with cooked chicken and mozzarella cheese. Drizzle remaining sauce on top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt cheese and meld flavors. Keep watch until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes
Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Fresh garlic and a crusty bread make a significant difference in taste and texture.
