- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Return to oven and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
