- Coarsely grind your coffee beans. Combine coffee grounds with cold water at a 1:4 ratio, stir gently, cover, and refrigerate for 12 hours.
- Filter the brewed coffee using a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter to separate the coffee from the grounds.
- Blend the filtered cold brew with coconut milk or shredded coconut to infuse the flavors. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, mixing occasionally.
- Pour the infused cold brew into a container and add the plant-based coconut drink. Froth the mixture until light and airy, about 1-2 minutes. Add brown sugar to taste and mix well.
