  • 1 cup Plant-Based Coconut Drink Almond or oat milk can be used as alternatives.
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar Maple syrup or agave can be used for sweetness.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Coarsely grind your coffee beans. Combine coffee grounds with cold water at a 1:4 ratio, stir gently, cover, and refrigerate for 12 hours.
  2. Filter the brewed coffee using a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter to separate the coffee from the grounds.
  3. Blend the filtered cold brew with coconut milk or shredded coconut to infuse the flavors. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, mixing occasionally.
  4. Pour the infused cold brew into a container and add the plant-based coconut drink. Froth the mixture until light and airy, about 1-2 minutes. Add brown sugar to taste and mix well.
  5. Serve the Cold Brew Coconut Coffee in chilled glasses filled with ice, optionally topping with shredded coconut or coconut milk. Enjoy!
