Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Remove the crusts from 10 slices of fresh white sandwich bread. Flatten each slice with a rolling pin until about ¼ inch thick.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Spread the cinnamon filling onto each flattened bread slice, leaving a small border.
  3. Gently roll each slice of bread tightly from one end to the other, sealing the edges.
  4. Whisk together eggs, milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a shallow bowl.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.
