  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar Reduce if less sweetness is desired.
  • 1/3 cup Melted Vegan Butter Coconut oil can be used.
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar Can substitute with lemon juice.
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract Homemade can enhance richness.
Dusting Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar Customize the ratio with cinnamon.
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon Adjust to preference.

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a donut pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and kosher salt until blended.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the almond milk, granulated sugar, melted vegan butter, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Fill each mold of the donut pan about two-thirds full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes, then toss donuts in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
