Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a donut pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and kosher salt until blended.
- In another bowl, whisk the almond milk, granulated sugar, melted vegan butter, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fill each mold of the donut pan about two-thirds full with the batter.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then toss donuts in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
