For Garnishing
  • Optional Garnishes Slices of orange or lemon and fresh mint leaves for aesthetic appeal and added flavor.

Equipment

  • cocktail shaker
  • Fine mesh strainer
  • tall glass

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by filling a cocktail shaker with about a cup of ice cubes. This will chill your Citrus Twist Spritz Mocktail.
  2. Pour in a generous amount of fresh orange juice along with fresh lemon juice into the shaker, filling it about half full. Add in agave syrup or honey to taste. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  3. Carefully strain the mixture from the shaker into a tall glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  4. Top off your glass with club soda, pouring it gently to maintain the bubbles.
  5. Gently stir the drink with a long spoon to combine all the ingredients, but be careful not to disturb the bubbles too much. Garnish with a slice of orange or a sprig of fresh mint.
