Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine raspberries, lime juice, and 1 ounce of rum. Muddle for 15 seconds, then strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  2. In another shaker, mix 2 ounces of cream of coconut, 2 ounces of pineapple juice, and 1 ounce of rum. Shake for 15 seconds until frothy.
  3. Carefully strain the coconut mixture over the raspberry layer in the glass.
  4. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lime wheel on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately.
