  • 1 medium Sliced Bananas Optional.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add rolled oats, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir the mixture thoroughly for about 5 minutes until all ingredients are well incorporated and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in your sliced bananas into the oat mixture, taking care not to mash them.
  3. Using a ladle or spoon, divide the oat mixture evenly into two jars or airtight containers.
  4. Securely seal the jars with lids to lock in freshness, then place them in the refrigerator. Allow the mixture to chill overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  5. When ready to enjoy, remove the jars from the refrigerator, give each jar a good stir to redistribute the ingredients, and top with fresh whipped cream and additional shredded coconut if desired.
