Preparation Steps
- Steep dried culinary lavender in warm water (about 150°F) for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
- In a pitcher, mix the infused coconut water with the juice of fresh lemons and stir gently.
- Add honey or agave syrup, starting with 3 tablespoons, and stir until dissolved. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Just before serving, pour in carbonated water and stir gently.
- Serve over ice, garnishing with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
