  • 4 cups Infused Coconut Water Substitute with regular coconut water if necessary
  • 4 large Fresh Lemons Juiced for maximum brightness
  • 2 tablespoons Dried Culinary Lavender Avoid fresh lavender to prevent overpowering
For the Fizz
  • 2 cups Carbonated Water Soda water can be used as an alternative
For Sweetening
  • 3 tablespoons Honey or Agave Syrup Adjust sweetness as needed

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Steep dried culinary lavender in warm water (about 150°F) for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
  2. In a pitcher, mix the infused coconut water with the juice of fresh lemons and stir gently.
  3. Add honey or agave syrup, starting with 3 tablespoons, and stir until dissolved. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  4. Just before serving, pour in carbonated water and stir gently.
  5. Serve over ice, garnishing with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.
