Cooking Instructions
  1. In your slow cooker, add the ground meat, canned tomatoes, and chopped vegetables. Pour in enough stock to cover the mixture and stir to combine.
  2. Set your slow cooker to low and cover. Cook for 4 to 5 hours until flavors meld and meatballs are cooked through.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, gently add the gnocchi to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
  4. Serve in bowls topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
