Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of Greek yogurt, ½ cup of sweetener, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- If using store-bought edible cookie dough, cut it into small bite-sized pieces or crumble it into the yogurt mixture. For homemade dough, prepare while the yogurt base rests.
- Gently fold the cookie dough pieces into the yogurt mixture using a spatula.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the sheet, spreading it evenly to a thickness of about 1-1.5 cm.
- Sprinkle additional mini chocolate chips or small chunks of cookie dough on top and press down lightly.
- Place the prepared tray in the freezer for at least 2-4 hours until completely firm.
- Once frozen, remove the tray and cut into bite-sized pieces. Serve immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container.

Notes
These bites are best enjoyed straight from the freezer for optimal texture. If a softer texture is preferred, let them sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before serving.
