Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by cutting your chilled, seedless watermelon into cubes, filling your blender about halfway. Blend the watermelon on high speed for about 30 seconds or until fully pureed.
- Place a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl and carefully pour the watermelon puree into it. Use the backside of a spoon to gently press down to extract as much juice as possible while leaving the pulp behind.
- In a large pitcher, whisk together cold water, freshly strained lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Stir continuously for about 2-3 minutes until the sugar completely dissolves.
- Pour the strained watermelon juice into the pitcher with the lemon-water mixture. Using a large spoon, gently stir everything together for about a minute.
- Prepare your serving glasses by filling them with ice cubes. Pour the vibrant Watermelon Lemonade over the ice, filling each glass generously.
- Take fresh mint leaves and gently slap them between your hands to release their aroma. Add a couple of sprigs to each glass as a delightful garnish.

Notes
Always use chilled ingredients for a refreshingly cold drink. Adjust sweetness as needed to balance the tartness of lemon juice.
