  • 8 oz Imitation crab meat Or real crab meat for an upgrade
  • 2 2 Green onions Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet chili sauce For drizzling
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds Optional for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Wonton Chips: Cut wonton wrappers into triangles or squares and toss in a bowl with vegetable oil, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Bake Chips: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the wonton wrappers for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Make Crab Filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, imitation crab, green onions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, and white pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Assemble Nachos: Lower oven to 350°F (175°C), layer wonton chips on a baking sheet, add crab filling, and sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake Nachos: Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Finish & Serve: Drizzle with sweet chili sauce, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
