- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin by greasing or lining it.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Create a well in the dry mixture, adding the oil, milk, eggs, and almond extract. Mix gently until combined.
- Fold in the cranberries gently to avoid breaking them.
