Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine fresh strawberries and blueberries with granulated sugar and cornstarch. Mix gently for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Place the Greek feta cheese in the center of a baking dish, drizzle extra-virgin olive oil over it, and sprinkle freshly ground black pepper on top.
  4. Carefully scoop the berry mixture and distribute it evenly on top of the feta cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the feta is soft and slightly bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving with crispy crostini or pita chips.
