Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, softened cream cheese, dry banana pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth. Add food coloring if desired.
  4. Coat each truffle by dipping them into the melted chocolate and allow excess chocolate to drip back before placing them back on the sheet.
