  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 - 6 oz cans Crab Meat Pat dry to avoid excess moisture.
  • 1 cup Chopped Cooked Shrimp Pat dry after cooking.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the soft unripened goat cheese and sour cream. Whisk until creamy and smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Add the Dijon mustard, sriracha, onion powder, and garlic powder, continuing to whisk until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the patted-dry crab meat and chopped cooked shrimp. Sprinkle in the chopped green onion and parsley, folding until mixed together.
  4. Gradually fold in all but a reserved handful of the grated mozzarella, sharp cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses into the mixture. Transfer to an oven-safe dish, leveling it out for even baking.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  6. Allow the dip to cool for 10-15 minutes before garnishing with reserved parsley.
  7. Serve warm with crusted bread, assorted crackers, or crunchy vegetables.
