Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread shredded coconut flakes on a baking sheet and toast for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a small bowl, combine processed toasted coconut bits with granulated sugar and tajin, then pour onto a shallow plate.
  3. Run a lime wedge along the rim of a margarita glass and dip into the coconut mixture.
  4. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, Grand Marnier, lime juice, cream of coconut, and toasted coconut bits. Shake well.
  5. Strain the margarita mixture into the prepared glass, garnish with a lime wedge, and enjoy.
