  1. Slice the onions into 1/8-inch rings and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil and butter. Add sliced onions and caramelize for 30-35 minutes.

  4. Pour in water, beef bouillon, Worcestershire, and soy sauces; bring to boil.
