For Dipping
  • 2 cups Vegetable Sticks (Carrots, Celery, Cucumber)
  • 1 box Crackers or Bread Choose your favorites
For the Finishing Touch
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For drizzling

Preparation Steps
  1. Gather all your ingredients for the Garlic Goat Cheese Dip.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream.
  3. Blend the mixture on medium speed for about 3–4 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the minced garlic, chopped herbs, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to the mixture.
  5. Gently fold ingredients for about 1–2 minutes.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Stir before serving and optionally drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Serve with vegetable sticks or crackers.
