- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, around 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Reserve 2 tablespoons of pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add prawns, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add reserved pasta water and cream. Bring to a gentle boil, simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Reduce heat, add cooked spaghetti, toss to coat in sauce. Stir in cooked prawns and Parmesan, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, serve hot. Enjoy!
